PSYCHOTHERAPY

Sometimes life situations or past experiences create self-doubt, personal insecurities of “not being good enough,” and may even have negatively influenced how you manage life stress, relationships, and even become a barrier to achieving personal or professional goals. Salus therapists will work with you to uncover these barriers and rebuild a stronger sense of wellbeing and enhance motivation. Through the integration of Mindfulness concepts and tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will investigate thought patterns, challenge negative patterns, remove negative judgment, and build a stronger sense of self, self-worth, and stronger relationships.

TELEHEALTH

Psychotherapy is a method used to help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Treatment is delivered by a licensed professional trained in clinical psychology. The therapists at Salus are licensed in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon and are able to provide telehealth therapy sessions in those states.

Sessions are 45min-1hr. $160

I am do not accept insurance, and am considered an Out Of Network Provider.
Most Insurance company will reimburse a certain amount for out of network providers. I will provide you with an insurance bill to submit to your insurance.
